By engaging Centennial Glass for products or services, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Estimates
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Prices may change if project scope changes significantly
- Final pricing confirmed upon contract signing
Deposits and Payment
- Deposits may be required for custom orders
- Balance due upon completion unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, cheque, and major credit cards
Scheduling
- Installation dates are estimates based on manufacturing lead times
- We will confirm appointments in advance
- 24-hour notice required for rescheduling
Warranties
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations—double the industry standard.
Product Warranties
Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. Details provided at time of purchase.
Limitations
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during work
- Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranties
- Customer responsible for ensuring access for service appointments
Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any issues promptly. Contact us first with any concerns. Disputes will be resolved under the laws of Ontario.
